Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Affiliate Network ("Affiliate Network", "we", "us", "our"), operated by MEADOW HOLDINGS PTY LTD (ABN 80 665 394 972) of 32 Meadow Cct, Helensvale, 4212 QLD, Australia. By submitting an application or participating in the network you agree to these Terms.

The Affiliate Network is open to influencers, affiliates and content creators aged 18 or over who can lawfully enter into a binding agreement in their jurisdiction. We reserve the right to accept or decline any application at our sole discretion.

Affiliate Network works with private business clients only. Client identities, creative materials, tracking links and offer terms are confidential. Affiliates must not contact clients directly outside of channels provided by Affiliate Network, nor disclose confidential information about any client to any third party.

• You must promote offers honestly and in compliance with all applicable laws, including consumer protection, advertising and disclosure rules in your jurisdiction (including the Australian Consumer Law where relevant).
• You must not engage in fraudulent traffic, incentivised clicks, cookie stuffing, trademark bidding on client brands, spam, or any deceptive practice.
• You must clearly disclose paid or affiliate relationships where required by law or platform policy.

Commission rates, attribution windows and payout terms are set out in each individual campaign agreement or dashboard offer. Commissions are paid in accordance with the schedule published on your dashboard, subject to verification and any minimum payout threshold. Affiliate Network may withhold or reverse commissions arising from invalid, fraudulent, refunded, charged back or otherwise non-compliant transactions.

You are responsible for your own taxes, including any GST or income tax obligations arising from commissions paid to you. Where required, Affiliate Network may request a valid ABN or tax declaration before processing payments.

All creative assets, tracking links, dashboards, software and brand materials supplied by Affiliate Network or its clients remain the property of their respective owners. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, revocable licence to use those materials solely for the purpose of promoting the relevant offer through the Affiliate Network.

We may suspend or terminate your participation in the network at any time, with or without notice, for any breach of these Terms or any conduct that we reasonably consider harmful to Affiliate Network, its clients or end users. On termination, your right to use any Affiliate Network materials ends immediately.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MEADOW HOLDINGS PTY LTD is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss arising out of or in connection with the Affiliate Network. Our total aggregate liability to you in any 12-month period is limited to the commissions paid to you in that period.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Queensland, Australia. You submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Queensland and the federal courts of Australia.
