1. Who we are
Affiliate Network is operated by MEADOW HOLDINGS PTY LTD (ABN 80 665 394 972) of 32 Meadow Cct, Helensvale, 4212 QLD, Australia. This Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information in line with the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs) under the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth).
2. Information we collect
- Application information: name, email, phone number, country, role, primary platform, profile URL, audience size, niche and anything you include in your pitch.
- Account & performance data: tracking link activity, clicks, conversions, commissions and payout history.
- Payment information: bank account or wallet details required to pay you, plus tax identifiers (e.g. ABN) where required.
- Technical data: IP address, device and browser information, and cookies necessary to operate the platform.
3. How we use information
- To review your application and operate your affiliate account.
- To match you with relevant private business clients and campaigns.
- To track performance and calculate, verify and pay commissions.
- To prevent fraud, abuse and breaches of our Terms.
- To meet our legal, tax and accounting obligations.
- To send service communications and, where you opt in, marketing updates.
4. Sharing your information
We share personal information only where necessary: with private business clients you are actively promoting (limited to what they need to verify traffic and approve payouts), with our payment, hosting, analytics and email service providers, and where required by law or to enforce our Terms. We do not sell your personal information.
5. Storage and security
Personal information is stored on infrastructure provided by reputable cloud providers, which may include servers located outside Australia. We use industry-standard technical and organisational safeguards (encryption in transit, access controls, least-privilege server functions) to protect your information.
6. Retention
We keep personal information for as long as needed to operate your account and meet our legal, tax and accounting obligations (typically at least 7 years for financial records). After that period we delete or de-identify it.
7. Your rights
You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information, and you can withdraw consent to marketing at any time. To make a request, email privacy@meadow.com.au. We will respond within a reasonable period.
8. Cookies
We use essential cookies to keep you signed in and to operate the dashboard, and limited analytics cookies to understand how the site is used. You can disable non-essential cookies in your browser settings.
9. Complaints
If you have a privacy concern, please contact us first at the email above. If you are not satisfied with our response you can lodge a complaint with the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (OAIC) at oaic.gov.au.
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be notified through the platform or by email where appropriate.
